The offset values can be entered into RDS on the start and finish line pages: click on &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;(click to view details)&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; in the top left of the start or finish line page. Enter the offset in the box for new values of &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;NTP time offset&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;, then press the &amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039;Save/Refresh page&amp;#039;&amp;#039;&amp;#039; button.
