* go to Make entries, choose the club, add the entry.
* Go to Setup->List regatta events, choose the event
* click on List entries and draw, scroll down to the heats/timetrial, click on Edit race ####
* choose crew from dropdown in appropriate lane
* press button Add/remove race entries.
