RDS auditing portal.php

This page allows the system administrator to tidy up the database record of pages in the RDS. The page shows

• the page name
• the number of hits that page has had (not all pages have their hits recorded)
• the path to the script, whether the page needs testing because its sha1 hash is out of date
• if the online documentation has been checked in the last 90 days.
