This page allows the regatta administrator to upload graphics to customize their regatta.
The banner is output at the top of some of the PDF pages (e.g. PDF draw, PDF result, PDF results, PDF finish sheet). The code expects a banner 575 pixels wide by 70 pixels high, or it scales the uploaded banner accordingly.
The "photo" replaces the RDS graphic at the top left of the RDS screen.
