It is possible to combine a group of events to run as a single event.
- Pick the "master" event (probably the Senior one) for each shell.
- For each of the other events in that group, go through Setup->List regatta events and click on the edit entries link.
- Type something in the Comment field for each entry, then press Save.
- Check the Move entry checkbox for each entry that you want to move
- Click on the Move entries button
- Select the target event in the dropdown at the bottom of the page
- Click the Move to event button
- Go back to #2 for the next event to be incorporated
- By the time you have finished moving all of the entries, the "master" event should now be big enough to have a time trial. Go to List regatta events
- For the "master" event, click on View entries and create draw
- Click the button Create races and draw.
