• Fixed glitch in lvissaaAdvanced rule
• Add waivers for clubs at regattas
• Improve email to club administrators from invited clubs page
• Add email functionality to coaches who made entries from attending clubs page
• Invoice includes fees for pending entries
• Invoice estimates daily athlete fee if (a) the draw is not yet released (b) the entries are not full of athletes
• Fix glitch if only one entry in an event - on add_to_race page
