Combining events

It is possible to combine a group of events to run as a single event.

1. Pick the "master" event (probably the Senior one) for each shell.
2. For each of the other events in that group, go through Setup->List regatta events and click on the edit entries link.
3. Type something in the Comment field for each entry (I suggest you enter the name of the event that this entry really belongs to), then press Save.
4. Check the Move entry checkbox for each entry that you want to move
5. Click on the Move entries button
6. Select the target event in the dropdown at the bottom of the page
7. Click the Move to event button
8. Go back to #2 for the next event to be incorporated
9. By the time you have finished moving all of the entries, the "master" event should now be big enough. Go to List regatta events
10. For the "master" event, click on View entries and create draw
11. Click the button Create races and draw.
