The Control/Out dock pages allow regatta organizers to track when crews pass through control. This information is viewable on the start, split and finish line pages. The experience of the rowing officials is that this is best used as the crews leave the dock, as this gives the officials at the start and finish lines better data to estimate when a late crew might show at the start line.

The page shows races that have not yet started (or finished). By default, any race where all crews have checked in will no longer be visible. If it is necessary to view such a race, click on the checkbox labelled Show complete races and press the Refresh page button.

The default number of races that will show is 10. If this is not appropriate, then type the required number of races into the box labelled Race count and press the Refresh page button. Note that the Race count will include complete races that have checked in but not yet started.

The page will show the name of the coxswain if one has been specified, and their weighin status, if the regatta is performing weighins for athletes.

Press the Check in button. The page will redraw, showing the time that the crew was checked in.

If the crew was checked in in error, the Check out button will allow you to undo the error.
