Adding athletes

This should allow you to enter your athletes into the system. Athletes can then be added into crews as entries are being made. To make this easier, you should have their birth dates handy, as the system requires this information. I was able to enter 42 athletes in less than 20 minutes.

1. Go to the My club: link on the left side

2. click on List athletes.

3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, where there is a heading Add athletes and a table

4. Add new athletes' first name, last name, date of birth, email address (optional) in the table. Click on the checkbox in the Novice column if the athlete is a novice.

5. Press Add.

6. If the athlete you have entered is already in the system (because they have rowed at a previous Brentwood Regatta), the page will allow you to choose the existing entry in the system.
