RDS edit duplicate persons.php

Always migrate data from an accurate account into an inaccurate one.

The following data will be copied and replaced in the into person:

• all person_log data
• Rowing Association
• Rowing Association number
• Rowing Association Expiry Date
• Username & password
• Email address
• Date of birth

The following data will be moved and added in the "into" person:

• club person information
• coach certification
• RDS access permissions
• Athlete entry information
• Athlete regatta information (such as weigh-ins)
• Athlete workout information
