This page calculates the regatta fees for a club, based on its entries, any accommodations or meals being provided by the regatta, and the officiating daily fees.

Fees per entry, accommodation and meal costs will show on the invoice immediately. Entry fees are only charged on entries that are allowed, so entries that have been waitlisted will not be charged on the invoice until they have been allowed into the draw.

Daily officiating fees are only calculated once the race schedule has been completed, so that it can be accurate. As a result, they will not show on the invoice until the racing draw is complete. Composite crews will be charged under the primary club.
