RDS list invited clubs.php

This page allows you to compile a list of clubs that you would like to invite to a regatta, and then allows you to send a common email to them.

You can only send email to clubs for whom a Contact Person has been chosen on the Administer Club page.

To select clubs for invitation, click on the Invite checkbox, then press the button Invite clubs.

To email invited clubs, click on the link Email all club contact persons in the section labelled Email club contact persons.

To remove clubs from the invitation list, check their remove checkbox, then press the button Uninvite clubs. You cannot uninvite a club that has made entries for the regatta.
