This page allows you to edit the regatta days, schedule groups and rules that apply to a particular regatta.

A regatta must have at least one regatta day, on which races can be run. Click Add a(nother) day to this regatta to add a regatta day. Once added, you can define the RowingBC Daily athlete fee, whether accommodation is offered on the regatta day, and if there is a limit to such accommodations, and whether particular meals are offered on this regatta day.

Breakfast price - the price of breakfast, if offered as part of the regatta.

Lunch Price - the price of lunch, if offered as part of the regatta

Dinner Price - the price of dinner, if offered as part of the regatta

Accommodation Price - the price of athlete accommodation, if offered as part of the regatta. Chaperones are not charged, unless included in the athlete count.

Racing sessions can be added and edited by clicking on Edit sessions. This will take you to the page for editing racing sessions.

Schedule groups can also be added and edited from this page. Click the Add a schedule group to this regatta to add one. Schedule groups can be named for convenience and given a Sort order value.

Dock offset time from race time - the draw will show the time that crews should report to Control Commission. This value is the time before race time.

The RDS has been programmed with a number of rules of racing. Some of these are generic rules of racing, while others have been developed for specific regattas. You can add a rule by clicking on the dropdown list of rules, and then clicking Add this rule to the regatta button. Once added, a rule can be removed from a particular regatta by clickin the Delete button in its row.
